Job Description

Cruise Ship Retail Sales Manager – Join a company whose future is as bright as yours!

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management; training and motivating a team should be second nature to you.  The ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work under pressure is a must.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

• 3-5 years Retail Management experience

• Have managed a sales team of 10-30 people

• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Experience in training sales techniques and customer service standards

•Ability to live and work on a cruise ships for 6 months continuously
