Job Description
Senior Business Analyst, Business readiness, Landing change, Dialler experience,
Senior Business Analyst. Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst to deliver and manage analysis on projects aligned to a lifecycle capability within the team framework.
Senior Business Analyst duties will include:
Challenge existing working practices and procedures to ensure that any new projects and initiatives will have lasting impact
Support the Head of Department/Delivery Manager to deliver change within the Operations, Marketing and Online functions of the Customer Group
Investigate, analyse, deliver and report upon the change impact of new or revised business processes
Senior Business Analyst requirements:
Business readiness experience
Landing change experience
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to deal successfully with complexity
Ideally with Telecoms experience
