Job Description

This start up company is looking for a Front- End Developer to deliver the user-facing elements of our company, product and feature propositions.

You will be working in a collaborative environment, which is diverse and open-minded. You need to be a focused, proactive self-starter who can operate in a constantly fast-paced environment.

You will demonstrate awareness and challenges with best practice front-end development, including usability, SEO, calls to action and delighting the user while maintaining security, cross-platform/browser compliance, accessibility, scalability and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Convert visual designs into semantic, valid and clean HTML and CSS

• Be aware of new and emerging frontend technologies

Skills:

• Front-end development expertise

• Fluency with HTML5;

• Fluency with CSS3;

• Minimum 2 years development experience, appreciation and understanding of object oriented programming concepts (we like structured, reusable code);

• Experience with JavaScript libraries, particularly jQuery
