Technical Project Manager – Marketing Service Solutions

Our client is a leading provider of both online and offline marketing services. Through working with customers on the planning, creation and delivery of marketing communications they deliver world class solutions that revolutionise supply chain and communications management where the emphasis is on brand development. Due to growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in Leeds for a Technical Project Manager.
As a Technical Project Manager you will work with the Head of Online and Digital Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing initiatives from a technical perspective. You will insure an appropriate technical infrastructure is in place to support client requirements and deliver effective management of online 3rd party technical providers. You will provide technical analysis and documentation for new and ongoing initiatives, provide technical analysis and solution development to support the delivery of online projects (web, email and social media) and assist in the quotation process of new opportunities. You will create technical documentation to support new business opportunities, manage the technical elements of proposed online solutions and manage the relationships with technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years technical project management experience along with a solid understanding of all key aspects of Online. You will have a background in web design and development (CMS) and bespoke web applications, experience in managing a variety of digital interactive projects both on web and mobile devices and a strong technical background in online delivery – ideally from a development background. You will have proven project management skills and familiarity with a range of project management methodologies and tools. You will be a natural leader, a strategic thinker, dynamic, design aware and able to operate in complex business structures. This involved role requires a team player who is engaging, focused, confident and a strong communicator who can liaise at all levels both internally and externally.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 35-45k dependent upon previous experience with an additional and generous benefits package.
