Job Description
A fantastic contract opportunity has become available for a Telecoms Technician in the North East area. The role will support and maintain telecommunication systems across the company and its customers, working as part of the Infrastructure Operations Team to support and maintain the telecommunication fixed line, IP and mobile infrastructure throughout the Support Partnership and associated organisations.
The successful candidate will be:
Experienced in a Network & Telecoms environment
Be familiar with IP Telephony hardware and have a good working knowledge of Cisco IOS
Able to provide support with a high level of customer service
Have knowledge of the ITIL framework
Be familiar of WAN & LAN hardware technologies in a working environment
Have a full UK driving license and own transport
A relevant IT qualification such as Cisco Call Manager is desirable
