Job Description
Lead Developer – Surrey - £45-60k per annum.
The Role:
Our client based in Surrey is looking for a Lead Developer to help co-ordinate their e5 system development and will be tasked to implement migration, enhancements and overall development using the correct delivery models and technical solutions. The e5 system is a leading financial management system which has been evolved and developed from OLAS systems. Potential candidates will need experience of working within the Financial Services such as life and pensions and have a strong knowledge of developing financial systems. You will report directly to the Delivery Manager and Head of Financial Systems and work with/manage several senior e5 developers.
The Candidate:
You will need to have the following –
Degree educated in an IT or Business discipline.
Broad understanding of Financial systems
Relationship building skills and be able to influence a team
Data analytical skills
Ideally experience of e5 systems (e5 QEDs and Softpaint)
Ability to work with 3rd party suppliers
Desirable - ISEB/ITIL/Project Management accreditations (Prince 2)
