Job Description
As a Resource & Planning Manager, what kind of responsibilities will I have?
- Monitor and measure team and individual performance against KPI’s/SLA’s to ensure we meet and exceed internal & external customers expectations and revenue growth
- Proposing cost effective solutions to resourcing shortfalls and excesses in support of the operational team
- Innovating and refining business processes to increase revenue, reduce cost and improve accuracy
- Ensuring your team maintain accurate and realistic forecasts of shrinkage, handling time and call profiles
- Maximise the use of workforce management to ensure return on investment
As a Resource & Planning Manager, what skills & experience will I need?
- Multi-site call centre management experience
- A good understanding of Resource Planning tools, and the ability to demonstrate the key performance indicators within resource planning
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Excellent knowledge of excel, and experience or working with databases and MIS tools
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
