Job Description
NEW JOB IN CHESTERFIELD
A market leader in its field, this company based in Chesterfield is now seeking an intelligent, motivated and logical candidate to join them as a Business Analyst to cover a period of maternity leave between February 2012 and January 2013.
The main responsibility of the the role will be the production, analysis and interpretation of Company information, liaising with departments within the business in order to provide an understanding of the business performance, therefore supporting the decision making process and influencing implementation of process improvements.
The role is broken down in to 4 main focal areas - Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement and Consultancy. Applicants will be required to operate within and therefore have proven competence within all 4 areas and will be asked to provide comprehensive examples of past experiences within these areas
Required skills:-
- Proven track record in business analysis and business process improvement
- Advanced IT skills including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Ability to maximise business opportunities
- Keen eye for detail with a logical and analytical approach to work
- Ability to analyse information and processes, identify areas for improvement and make significant suggestions for solutions
- Ability to work with and influence internal departments and business areas to each integrated solutions
