Job Description
SOCIAL WORKER ''CAMHS''
SHEFFIELD
Working in a busy Child mental health job/role based in West Yorkshire, the ideal candidate would need at least 2 years experience working with in a children service
The successful candidate will co-work complex cases with other social workers to provide additional support on Mental Health caseloads of varying levels of complexity.
You will carry out assessments of needs and risk formulation of care plans.
In exceptional circumstances overtime may be required from the successful candidate if there were particular service pressures. The number of hours each week may vary depending on the rota and the needs of the service. This is a busy team and ability to work at pace and support colleagues is essential.
You will work closely with the Social Work Development Manager, liaising with appropriate agencies and signposting to ensure clients needs are met as well as producing reports to statutory bodies.
Applicant must be registration with GSCC and the successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure.
