Assistant Transport Planner – Bristol

£20,000-£27,000 + Bens

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-achieving Transport Planner to join a leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy. Looking to build upon their success in 2011, they require a confident individual with a range of Transport skills to join their office in the South West.

The ideal Transport Planner will hold a good Undergraduate degree and a Post Graduate qualification which is preferably Transportation based. Ideally with up to 5 years experience working as a Transport Planner, you should have experience producing Travel Plans and Transport Assessments for private sector clients, ideally coupled with modelling work using SATURN and S-PARAMICS.

The role of the Assistant Transport Planner will involve the preparation of Transport Assessments, Junction Assessments, and Travel Plans, as well as the chance to develop your modelling skills. You will be working on a range of projects, varying from leisure to commercial developments, and will be moved swiftly to a project management role
