Job Description
An exciting opportunity has risen for a senior researcher to join a leading financial services organisation based in Bradford. The role will involve assisting with the day-to-day management and reporting of the customer tracker and UK and Irish omnibus and to help uncover key issues through qualitative research to evaluate and refine business opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the Research Agency Account team and ensuring the SPSS data files are kept up to date and ensure key statistics are 100% correct and are circulated within the timeframes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate energy and enthusiasm as well as being an excellent team player, delivering results quickly to a high standard and demonstrating the determination to accomplish business results.
The candidate must be
Educated to degree level
Must have working knowledge of SPSS
Moderating Skills
Understanding of Economic Principles
Minimum of 3 years research experience
Experience of managing Quantitative Projects
Project Management
Ability to produce quality reports within deadlines This role will be pivotal to the success of the business and will also be highly visible within the organisation. You will report into the Senior Research Manager who directly reports into the board of directors and therefore you will need to be confident in presenting to senior members of staff.
