Job Description

HEROtsc, one of the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre companies has a fantastic opportunity for two Finance Business Partners.

Based out of Falkirk this is a Field based role Reporting to the Financial Performance Director. You will provide finance support to assist the business in tactical and strategic decision making. This will involve partnering with Head of Financial Insight & Innovation along with the Strategic Account Directors.

As a Finance Business Partner, what kind of responsibilities will I have?

• To gain a complete understanding of the contract and customer KPIs in order to maximise their contribution to the P&L
• To gain a complete understanding of the existing cost structures, budgets and financial reports to enable more effective financial management decision making and control
• Support, review and challenge the operational managers during the budgeting & forecasting process. Liaising with other team members to ensure full planning integration.
• Working closely with management in key decision making to ensure adherence to budget, determine resource allocation, cost control and investments
• Assist in appraisal and review on new initiatives through development of models of business impact & scenarios, ensuring success criteria are measurable and tracked
• Investigate major weekly and monthly variances in conjunction with the operational management

As a Finance Business Partner, what skills & experience will I need?

• Must have extensive experience working in a analytical customer contact centre role
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels for example the Chief Finance Officer
• To be highly commercial and numerate, proficient in excel and experience in building complex financial models, detailed knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
