Job Description
Sales Co-ordinator - Fixed term contract - Full Time - Salary up to £17k - Sheffield
A leading company within the cutting and welding industry are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
You MUST have worked within a similar industry and have experience of sales administration and co-ordination.
Some of the duties involved in the role include:
* Processing and input of sales orders received via phone, fax and e-mail, supplying customers with order confirmation
* Responsibility of liaising with the accounts department in connection with invoice procedures and the warehouse for dispatch to customers
* Responsible for furnishing price quotations, keeping sales records and, supplying product information, both internally and to customers
* Responsible for dealing with difficult customers or more complex orders and non-routine enquiries, ensuring customer enquiries are promptly resolved
You will have reasonable product knowledge from a sales or technical background.
Computer literate including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes. Experience of MFG Pro is an advantage.
