Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic management team within an international technical manufacturing company. As a senior board member you will be responsible for driving forward company sales and strategic planning for future success. Company turnover is expected to double this year and the right candidate will have a proven track record of obtaining high value sales contracts and developing relationships both UK and International sales contracts.

You will have experience managing a sales team, monitoring workloads, sales performance and technical knowledge. You will have extensive experience working within an international and UK customer base. You will be highly experienced with a range of marketing and sales multi entry strategies and managing various routes to market.

As a successful Sales and Marketing director you will be confident presenting at board level to potential and existing blue chip companies, and ensuring a confident sale is achieved. You will be confident creating complex technical quotations, pricing and margin calculations and ensuring customer expectations are always delivered. Complex price and contract terms negotiation skills will be second nature to you.

The key to this role is the ability to take a hands on approach to developing sales and ensuring quotes and converted to successful sales orders. Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring your sales team in delivering both in sales and customer service.
