Job Description
Program/Account Manager - Edinburgh,
Starting Salary £28k
Our client is looking for someone who has experience in establishing, co-ordinating and implement/bring new and existing business. You will be responsible for managing and meet all the client requirements and expectations across business departments/sites to ensure effective communication between the client and them – experience based within a call centre environment is preferred.
You will be responsible for:
* Accurately tracking of costs related and/or billable to the client, and ensuring that all invoicing is correct.
* Gaining the commitment of employees to the client Service Level Agreements
* Ensure the effective communication of the business strategy etc
* Communication of implementation plans and processes to team on the floor
* Ensure client satisfaction on quality and service levels
* To ensure that customers are provided with a ‘total solution’ to any complaints etc
* Products of all client related reports both statistical and factual
* Participation in the negotiations of new clients
* To arrange and participate in any client meetings or QBR, providing relevant information
