Job Description

Our client is one of the UK's most respected care home companies, providing award winning care and services to thousands of residents throughout the UK.

Their care home in The Chalfonts( South Buckinghamshire) is registered to provide residential, nursing and palliative care to elderly service users with and without dementia, also to younger people with physical disabilities and brain injuries.

We are currently looking for Registered General and Mental Health Nurses for full-time day positions for this care home so please do get in touch to find out more details.

Job role:

To provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up-to-date, evidence based professional practice and company policies.

Requirements:

• €¢ RN qualification with valid NMC Pin number

• €¢ Post-graduation nursing experience

• €¢ The ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans

• €¢ Excellent record keeping

• €¢ The ability to administer and record medication accurately

• €¢ Accute skills, such as palliative care, tracheostomy, PEG feed and venepuncture desirable

• €¢ The ability to lead and support less experienced staff

• €¢ Team player
