Job Description
Our prestigious client Rolls-Royce Motor Cars are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to take administrative responsibility for the efficient running of the Global Communications office on a daily basis, including prioritising in the Director's absence. The role will be based at their manufacturing plant and head office based in Westhampnett, West Sussex. Please note that although this role is based at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd you will be employed by Gi Group, the on-site agency.
Key Responsibilities:
’ Diary management
’ Travel management
’ Management of meetings (including catering, presentation equipment etc)
’ Agenda setting and minute taking
’ Professionally deal with incoming telephone calls and emails
’ Department accounts and Purchase orders
’ Stationery orders
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
’ Primarily an administrative function although secretarial skills are essential.
’ Minimum of 3 - 5 yearsβ administration/secretarial experience is a prerequisite.
’ Strong time management and organisational skills.
’ Secretarial experience to include excellent computer skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
’ A personal style and presentation befitting of Rolls-Royce.
