Job Description
A reputable well known housing organisation in Berkshire is currently looking to recruit a Housing Officer to join their hard-working, team-player environment for a period of 2 months with the posssibilty of extension.
The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing a patch of around 1,200 properties.
The role will predominantly involve dealing with complaints of Anti-Social Behaviour, providing information to tenants and staff on the progress of repairs and rent arrears. Other duties will include sign ups for new tenants and dealing with voids and lettings, mutual exchanges and successions.
These are exciting roles for excellent communicators, who would like to further their career within housing management. The candidates will need strong personable skills, be reliable and responsible, and be able to work on their own initiative. It is essential that the post holder has a vehicle and ideally an Enhanced CRB disclosure. Providing exceptional customer service to tenants is integral to the role.
