£18k - £20k ote £32k (uncapped), laptop, phone + expenses
Location: North West England.- home based

To complement their Training Solutions activity they have built one of the most experienced, dedicated and motivated Vacancy Matching / Recruitment teams in the North West. They are proud of our reputation for providing a professional and personal service to candidates and clients alike.
Due to a growth in business levels, a position has arisen within the successful VM /R Team. You will be responsible for a desk which deals with the recruitment of candidates across the age ranges of 16 to 18, 19 to 24 and 25 plus and matching them to employment opportunities. You will be involved in the full recruitment process and managing vacancies; you will be expected to expand the client base through business development as well as maintain existing relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Writing / placing adverts on various websites.
Liaising with clients to gather all information and accurate job specs.
Offering a search and selection service to clients and sending suitable CVs.
Conducting competency based candidate interviews.
Managing candidate availability to meet client needs.
Marketing candidates on a speculative basis.
Carry out marketing / mailer activities mainly via email.
Make speculative calls to potential clients.
Visit clients to identify existing and potential needs.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and tenders.
Any other recruitment activity as required.
To be considered for this role you will already be proficient in the provision of recruitment service, you will based from home and will cover Cheshire, Merseyside and Manchester areas.
You will be a strong business developer with excellent sector knowledge that will aid you to turn more of your contacts into clients and be able to work and react within a fast paced environment and be able to work to targets. You should have an outgoing personality and be able to communicate effectively and competently at all levels. The ability to use your own initiative and strive to obtain results is paramount.
