Job Description
Our client is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their call centre. Working within the financial services industry the main purpose of the role will be to deal with inbound calls from customers maintaining professionalism and confidentially at all times. Duties will include upselling the features and benefits of the company’s products and ensuring customers have all necessary factual information to enable them to decide whether to buy on a non-advised basis.
The successful applicants will have excellent telephone skills, excellent sales and retention and complaint handling skills. Previous financial services experience desirable.
Based in Brighton, East Sussex. Call centre opening times 9am – 7pm, 40 hours per week on a rota basis (9am – 5pm or 11am – 7pm) also to include 1 out of 2 Saturdays, 9am – 1pm. Salary £16,000 - £18,500pa. 6 month Fixed Term contracts and permanent positions available.
