Female Support Workers*
Leeds Learning Domiciliary Support Service
£13,180 - £15,944 p.a. (pro rata)
Full and part-time hours available
You will be providing support and empowerment to clients with learning disabilities in their own homes in the Leeds area; promoting independence and helping them get the most out of life. This will involve providing practical and emotional support, helping with household tasks, shopping and budgeting and accompanying clients to attend leisure and educational activities.
You will also be required to provide personal care. You will be mostly working on a one to one basis.
You will be required to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
More important than experience is a caring and respectful attitude. We provide ongoing training and support and diploma qualifications.
