Job Description
Fantastic opportunity to join this well established, dynamic company.
Working in a fast paced, friendly team environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to key accounts based throughout the UK. Duties will include:
Client visits throughout the UK
Appointment setting
Sales forecasting analysis
Assisting and managing product development with retail Sales Manager
Receiving and processing orders right through to shipment and invoicing of goods
Developing relationships across various levels with some major retail companies
Monitoring stocks and production plans on going, managing and reacting to customer demand
Handling and resolving complaints
General administrative duties and assisting Retail Sales Manager wherever possible
This is an excellent career opportunity. You will have relevant sales administration/supply chain experience together with excellent customer service, communication and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have sales experience, both internal and field. Strong administration skills are integral to this role; therefore applicants must be able to demonstrate examples of this. A background in manufacturing would also be beneficial to this role.
