ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW CHALLENGE? URGENT COVER SUPERVISORS NEEDED IN LEEDS WEST YORKSHIRE. Hays Education are currently looking for highly skilled Cover Supervisors to fill temporary day-to-day jobs in Wakefield. We can offer full or part time work with excellent rates of pay. As a Cover Supervisor you will need to have the confidence to cover a range of subjects and the skills to control students classes across years 7 to 11. You will need to work off your own initiative and move your career forward building on these skills. Duties include supervising work thats has been set by the absent class teacher, interacting with students to assist with learning and teaching and handling any immediate problems or emergencies. To be considered for this Cover Supervisor job in Leeds, you must:

• Have recent experience of managing groups of 15 or more and be able to provide references
• Ability to motivate and inspire pupils in their education
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• Strong classroom management
• Willingness to work as part of a team
