Job Description
Call Centre Advisor
Blaby, Leicester
Full time, 35 hours per week
£6.50 - £7.00 p/hour (depending on experience)
Our client are looking for Call Centre advisors to join their medium sized call centre team in Leicester. You will be working as an advisor on the telemarketing team, outbound calling business customers to introduce products and services. You will be making the initial call and generating leads and booking appointments for sales agents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with commercial customers preferably from a call centre environment and also experience in making outbound calls. Any experience from a sales or telemarketing environment would also be advantageous. The clients you are dealing with will be from a prestigious market and so you must have excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
The role is initially a temporary contract for 12 weeks but will be made permanent for the right person. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. Due to the location of the role you need to live in the Blaby area or drive, there is free on-site parking available.
