Job Description

Team Leader - Internal Loss Adjusting

As an experienced Claims Leader you have proven experience in a leadership or management role combined with a solid understanding of delivering best practice claims service.

With solid business acumen, you have well developed financial and insurance expertise, managing a Business Unit including P&L. With demonstrated experience in developing and managing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you are ready for your next career challenge.

This busy role will involve you in;

Leading & Managing the claims team

Developing and implementing business plans and business improvement opportunities

Managing the P/L for the Business Unit

Developing & presenting claims management services to grow the business

As the successful candidate you need the following capabilities;

5 years minimum claims experience in Commercial and domestic claims

Hands on financial & budgeting experience

Strong communication, interpersonal & and presentation skills

Well developed commercial acumen gained from within a major Insurer or similar environment

Appropriate Tertiary and Insurance qualifications are beneficial.
