Job Description

My client is a dynamic and progressive Claims Management Company based inGlasgow. They believe by bringing together the best people, procedures and technologies, they can provide a professionally managed, end-to-end service superior to any other in the market place.

This position is within Property Claims team, with the focus to provide technical advice and to be the ‘Go To’ person to assist and train some junior staff in property claims and also to provide technical advice to Stakeholders and make decisions based on technical information.

Key Functions;

Provide technical property claims advice at all levels from junior team members to stakeholders

• Support Management to resolve operational issues and active involvement in dispute resolutions
• Manage and resolve a portfolio of complex property claims in a timely and compliant manner
• Active involvement in the companies continual improvement for processes and procedures
• Work with Operational Management to improve workflow for the property claims team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Property Claims experience
• The ability to make decisions based on technical data
• The ability to communicate effectively in order to interpret complex and technical information in a concise manner
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Have a friendly and positive approach
• CII qualifications in Claims
