Job Description
Our Sheffield based client is a leading and award winning Law firm. With services and solutions covering both business and consumer sectors, a network of offices throughout the UK and a passion for everything legal, they are well placed for further growth. They now have an immediate and exciting opening in Sheffield for a Web Applications Officer to join their Business Development and Communications department.
As a Sheffield based Web Applications Officer you will work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent and high quality web applications for our client and their subsidiary companies. More specifically, you will identify project requirements and define solutions, help Practice Areas understand online activity, shape requirements briefs, establish and set timeline, budgets and expectations. And work with a Web Design & Development Team and IT Department to innovate solutions and scope work to addresses requirements, within the resource and budget available.

Applications are invited from candidates who possess a minimum of 2 years experience gained in a similar role. You will be degree level educated, have understanding and experience of the phases required for user experience led technology projects, be business process orientated and be able to exhibit a broad understanding of technology and ability to explain the benefits of IT solutions in a business context. You will also possess strong knowledge of web methodologies including user-centres design and development approaches such as agile.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30k with an additional and generous benefits package.
