Job Description

Senior Modeller / Chemical Fate Consultant - Cambridge - £negotiable

My client, a leading environmental and agricultural consultancy with offices throughout the UK is currently seeking a Senior Environmental Modeller / Environmental Fate Consultant to be based in Cambridge.

The successful Senior Environmental Modeller / Fate Consultant will join the Risk Assessment team and will be from either and regulatory modelling background or an environmental fate / chemistry background.

Responsibilities:

• €¢ Developing higher tier risk assessment to chemical regulatory issues

• €¢ Project management

• €¢ CEA Risk Assessment problem solving

• €¢ Lead a team of risk assessment specialists

Experience:

• €¢ MSc in a numerate / modelling related scientific discipline

• €¢ Experience of computer modelling

• €¢ Knowledge of environmental fate and behaviour of chemicals

• €¢ Commercial knowledge of market needs for risk assessment
