Recruitment Consultant
HR/Sales & Marketing/IT/PR

Basic to 28K (OTE 40-60K)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Located in award winning offices in the city, My client provides one of the best commission schemes in the industry: 20%, 30%, 40% bandings plus a 3 month quarterly threshold of 15K plus 1K bonus for achieving threshold. Feel free to compare this against other agencies – it’s a very low threshold designed to give you the best earning potential possible.
Realistic first year OTE 40-60K+ depending on experience. Trainee Recruitment Consultants have the opportunity to be on £25K within 6 months.
They offer a defined path to management and additional commercial responsibilities and a full training and development plan.
They not target on cold calls – they do encourage their consultants to be client facing.
You will not be a number.
They will continuously develop your skill sets and provide in-depth and thorough training.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1 year+ sales or recruitment experience – direct sales / telesales etc.
Proven track record of sales success – if in recruitment already, we look for an understanding of your skills set through the interview process.
Interested in candidates with resourcing experience through to full 360 degree recruitment. Will also look at strong B2B telesales candidates who genuinely want a career in recruitment.
