Customer Service Advisors - Multilingual
Edinburgh, £14,000 - £15,000
If you're a team player with excellent customer service skills, set your sights on Search Call & Contact Centre. Because, when it comes to multilingual call centre opportunities, we’ve got it covered. Especially if you’re fluent in English and at least one of the following:
Portuguese • Spanish • French • German • Swedish • Italian • Danish • Norwegian • Finnish • Dutch
Responding to customer queries, you'll provide effective solutions/information and identify when calls should be passed to another department for resolution - maintaining records and delivering the level of service our clients customers have come to expect. Excellent Customer Service skills are essential and for the Technical Advisor Roles you will have previous IT or Technical Experience
