Job Description
Reporting directly to the Commercial Jets Manager, the role of a Senior Account Manager involves delivering revenue and profitability in accordance with your agreed targets and maintaining high earning key accounts. This will be achieved by providing adhoc charter solutions to your clients.
Speedy turnaround of new and existing client enquiries and tenders
After sales service and orderly maintenance of paperwork/files
Excellent organization skills and customer service skill required.
Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met.
Strong telephone manner
Well organised and resourceful .IT literate with the ability to learn the functions of a new system. Numerate, efficient and accurate.
Airline experience required, outgoing personality, sales driven.
