Job Description
Graduate/Junior Acoustic Consultant: Edinburgh
£18-20K
A Junior Acoustic Consultant is wanted to join specialised consultancy in their Edinburgh team.
Applicants should hold a minimum of a BSc in acoustics, and up to two years experience. The successful candidate will have well adept spoken and written skills, be IT proficient, and hold a full, clean, UK driving licence. Knowledge of relevant policy, legislation and standard, and AMIOA membership is highly advantageous.
Role responsibilities:
€¢ Sound transmission testing
€¢ Rail, road, and industrial noise assessment
€¢ Report preparation
€¢ Work place noise assessments
€¢ Vibration assessment
€¢ Data analysis and interpretation
Although the job is based in Edinburgh, regular site attendance should be expected.
This position presents candidates with a diverse range of situations and the opportunity to progress professionally within a specialised acoustics consultancy.
