Job Description
My client has an immediate need for a site manager to join their team for a new site in the Surrey area. The company have many years experience of general contracting in the south east covering most general build projects over this time.
The site is a cut and carve project on a residential property currently at demolition stage where 60% of the existing structure is to be removed and rebuilt. The property will be worth approximately £2.4 - £3 Million at completion dependant upon market conditions and is programmed to run until December 2012 with a 45 hour week on site.
The client requires the following from any applicants:
- A very keen eye for finishes due to the high spec nature of the project
- Refurbishment and Cut & Carve experience
- Strong IT skills as the flow of information and communication between site, sub contracts, outside agencies and the client is of paramount importance.
