Customer Service Adviser x5 – Waste Management

What’s involved with this role:
You will be working in a contact centre and responding to enquiries and complaints from the general public regarding any of the environmental services provided by the client.
Your objective will be to deal with as many calls as possible at the point of contact and to pass any remaining ones through for handling by specialist departments within the client.

“Essentials” – Your CV will be rejected (without notification) unless it clearly demonstrates that you have the following:
UK working experience
Minimum of 12 months
recent contact centre experience, preferably within a similar role and ideally within a public sector organisation Specific experience relating to environmental services
Microsoft Office skills

Previous experience of waste management roll outs and systems such as Contender very desirable
Local knowledge very desirable

Anticipated Length of Assignment: All of our roles are designated temporary, though in practice we find that the vast majority of them get extended on a multiple/long term basis. This one is expected to be for 2-3 months, initially.
Hours per week: 35-37 (tbc) Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 19:00, shifts
