Customer Service Executive Based Leeds Central Salary £15,000 This is a lovely role working for this established and highly regarded IT firm you will be reporting to the credit and customer services manager. Job Purpose To provide support to the sales and operations functions of the UK business to assist in maximising revenues, through providing an exceptional level of service. Key Objectives 1. Provide support services to the sales and operations team. 2. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers as per the defined SLA's. 3. Follow the defined processes and procedures to ensure maximum internal and external customer satisfaction. Areas of Responsibility 1. Answering incoming calls from Sales Line. 2. To confirm all bookings and orders in line with procedure, ensuring complete accuracy. 3. To monitor and complete items which come into the Customer Service Inbox within the defined SLA and in the order they appear/arrive in the inbox. 4. Produce key reports for the smooth and efficient running of sales (Provisional, Confirmed, Cancelled Reports). 5. Produce and send customer requested support documentation (pro forma invoices, visa invitation letters etc). 6. VUE and Prometric qualified administrator to support Training Centre Administrators when required. 7. Administration of : Web based bookings, Inter-Company Bookings. 8. Ensure ALL back-up documents are soft copy filed. 9. Other tasks as delegated by the Credit and Customer Services Manager, such as, but not limited to: MVLS, PSO Credits, CLC and advanced pricing. Job Related Qualifications: Any formal Customer Services qualification would be advantageous. Certified Prometric/Vue administrator. Desirable Job Related Skills and Experience Customer Service Executives must have: excellent administration, customer service and communication skills; a good understanding of a sales environment; and a good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office. In addition, excellent attention to detail; the ability to work under pressure, to prioritise and be flexible and work as part of a team are also essential.
