Part Time (2days a week 15 hours Monday 8.30-5.30 and Friday 8.30-4.30)
Our client is one of the UK’s largest Dental Corporate Bodies with 500 practices across England and Wales. They are a patient centric business offering NHS and private treatments to over 1.5 million patients at the centre of operations alone.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for customer-focused Receptionist to join their practice in Glasgow.
The Dental Receptionist is the first contact point for patients and visitors to the practice and will need to present a professional and friendly image of the company at all times. As part of the dental team it will be your responsibility to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice and to adhere to protocols at all times in line with the company strategy, goals and values.
This role will involve a variety of tasks to include supporting all members of the team, sorting all incoming mail, booking appointments and maintaining all records and documents. When dealing with enquiries both in person and on the telephone, you will need to be aware of patient confidentiality and data protection and you will ensure that patients receive all necessary paperwork. You will provide courtesy calls and send out appointments and reminders to patients and you will proactively deal with all complaints in line with company policy.
They are looking for dedicated and committed Receptionists who are passionate about providing the best possible service to our patients and visitors. A pro-active team player, you will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to deliver clear and accurate information. With previous experience in a similar role, you will be confident in using IT and operating a computer based system. They will also need you to be confident with cash-handling and other financial responsibilities.
